Shipping

There are various delivery methods available on the site:

France and Europe: Standard shipping (2 to 4 days) – free.

Worldwide: Standard shipping (4 to 7 days) – free

The average delivery time is calculated based on the shipping date.

From Monday to Friday, all orders received before 9 am (Paris time) are sent the same day (subject to the item’s availability, excluding national holidays and one-off closures). Orders received after 9 am are sent the next day.

France and Europe: Standard shipping (2 to 4 days) – free.

Worldwide: Standard shipping (4 to 7 days).

As soon as your packed is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number. Use this number to view the progress of your package online and find out when it’s due to be delivered.

If the status of your package has not been updated for several days and you’re still waiting for it to be delivered, feel free to contact us.

Note that packages can’t be tracked during the first 24 hours, as they first need to be processed by a sorting hub.

The delivery address for an order that is “In progress” cannot be changed.

If you’ve just placed an order, please contact us as soon as you can to change your delivery address.

Exchanges & Returns

You have a cooling-off period of 14 working days from when your package was received.

To be able to return your order, make sure that:

– You do so within the cooling-off period of 14 working days from when your package was received

– The items are intact, complete, labelled, are in their original condition and have not been worn or damaged

– If you’d like to exchange your item, make sure that you ask for a product of the same value

1. Fill out the Return Form.
2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
3. Use the pre-paid UPS Return Label included in your order and leave the package at a UPS drop-off location. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
